Torrance's POV
I continued to walk on home instead of disapparating there. The night air was nice and I definitely needed to cool down.
Being around Nick again had the same effect on me as it always did.
It also gave me time to think about things. I knew Parker wouldn't give up and I was terrified to go back home alone. But I also knew that asking Nick to walk me home might be to much. So I sucked it up and faced my fear alone and to my surprise when I entered my house it was empty.
I just knew he would be waiting on me.
I looked around and saw the tousled mess of a house Parker left it in the last time he was here. I had never cleaned it up.
I sighed and shut the door locking both locks before proceeding to the back door to make sure it was secure. Once I was through doing that I went back to the kitchen to clean up the broken dishes that was in the sink.
After cleaning my house I went upstairs to decide what to wear on mine and Nick's date tomorrow night. "This is ridiculous." I said aloud to myself once I had gone through my entire closet at least five times. "I'll need to go shopping early tomorrow morning."
Ok, so talking to yourself isn't good but this is a drastic situation. I chuckled and headed into the bathroom, taking a shower then getting into bed after pulling one of Nick's old shirts on, drifting into a quiet sleep.
